Position Overview:
As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Filling equipment during your assigned shift. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and precise filling of cans to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation
- Operate filling machinery and related equipment during your assigned shift.
- Set up and adjust filling parameters according to production specifications.
- Quality Control
- Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans
- Conduct quality checks and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment.
- Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Cleaning and Sanitization
- Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols for filling equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of the filling area to meet hygiene standards.
- Production Coordination
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.

- Responsible for removing finished goods from the production line and efficiently stacking them on pallets for storage or shipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues efficiently.

Production Floater – 1st Shift

Position Overview:
The Production Floater plays a key role in maintaining efficiency across production operations by providing flexibility support wherever needed. The Production Floater is cross-trained across multiple production areas and is responsible for stepping in to cover absences, balance workloads, and assist with bottlenecks. This position requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and a working knowledge of multiple processes to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-of-Line Production Support
- Remove finished goods from the production line and stack them securely on pallets.
- Ensure accurate labeling, counts, and organization of pallets for storage or shipment.
- Assist with operational support of the Variety Pack line as needed.
- Core Production Duties
- Manage depallitizer equipment for efficient loading and material handling.
- Operate a forklift to transport materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Support production flow by filling in during employee absences, high-volume periods, or line slowdowns.
- General Production Support
- Assist with stocking materials (cardboard, packaging supplies, ingredients) to prevent production delays.

This highly production-focused position is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, supporting operational efficiency, and executing machine changeovers to meet production schedules.

- Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Machine Changeovers & Production Support
- Perform and lead mechanical changeovers on production equipment.
- Ensure machines are properly adjusted, set up, and verified prior to production startup.
- Work closely with production teams to execute efficient changeovers while minimizing downtime.
- Maintain readiness of equipment to support production.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Repair and Replacement
- Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Maintenance experience, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards are not overlooked.
- Physical stamina to handle full shift of being active.
