The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations at our canned beverage manufacturing facility. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems. The Maintenance Manager will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols across two manufacturing facilities.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize production disruptions.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Troubleshooting
- Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with production equipment.
- Develop effective solutions to address problems in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies to support maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to procure parts and materials as needed.
- Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety awareness among maintenance staff.
- Support the enhancement and implementation of robust safety programs.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and streamline maintenance processes.
- Implement best practices and innovative technologies to optimize maintenance efficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong experience with Allen-Bradley systems, preferred
- Strong experience with SCADA systems, preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
- Expected to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
Maintenance Technician – 3rd shift

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and supporting production equipment. This highly production-focused position is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, supporting operational efficiency, and executing machine changeovers to meet production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Machine Changeovers & Production Support
- Perform and lead mechanical changeovers on production equipment.
- Ensure machines are properly adjusted, set up, and verified prior to production startup.
- Work closely with production teams to execute efficient changeovers while minimizing downtime.
- Maintain readiness of equipment to support production.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Repair and Replacement
- Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Utilize maintenance management documentation procedures for documentation.
- Safety Compliance
- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in safety training programs.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with production and other departments to understand equipment needs and priorities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel.
- All other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Maintenance experience, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards are not overlooked.
- Physical stamina to handle full shift of being active.
