Our Mission
Helping Small and Mid-Size Brands grow the Proper Way
We bought Proper Soda Co. in 2018 to establish a beverage brand that cared about quality and people in equal measure. But it didn’t take long for us to see an opportunity within the industry. Most co-packers were focused on big-name brands, leaving small and mid-size companies to struggle finding partners who truly listened, cared and communicated.
So, we rolled up our sleeves and decided to become the co-packer we needed. With one machine and a lot of determination, we began producing our own drinks. Once we got the hang of it, we were able to offer services to other brands within the West Michigan community. Word spread quickly, one project led to another, and before we knew it, co-packing became what we loved doing.
In 2019, we made it official and shifted our full focus to co-packing and became the Proper Beverage Co. you know today. Our mission is clear: to give small to mid-size and startup brands the support they deserve. We provide customer service and quality standards that match their ambitions, not just their size, while maintaining the creative integrity that sets their products apart. That’s the Proper difference.
For us, the “co-” in co-packing really means something. We believe in working with our clients.
